Scania - PREMIUM TRUCK FITOUT & TRAINING FACILITY

Situated in the heart of Auckland's Wiri Industrial hub is Scania's premium truck fitout facility. Built in 1988, the site is over 12,000 sqm which consists of a two-storey office block connecting the workshops and warehouse spaces. The site also has a sizeable yard space and a specialised truck wash facility. 

The site was extensively upgraded in 2025 to service Scania’s truck fitout facility, workshop and parts department. The site also serves as Scania’s North Island training facility centre.

Hugh Green Group retains ownership with a long-term lease to Scania New Zealand.
