Penske Commercial Vehicle Facility

Wiri, Auckland

A purpose built facility located in Wiri, Auckland for Penske Commercial Vehicles in New Zealand, with specialist input from Penske Corporation in America. This project comprises a two-storey office block for sales and parts retail, a large parts warehouse and a state of the art truck-workshop with dyno room, wash bay and double trench work pit fully fitted out with oil/air lines, brake testing, and chassis shaker.

Hugh Green Group retains ownership with a long-term lease to Penske.
